We'll be back at our usual venue for demos and a what looks like a great tech talk on ways to use maps in our iPhone apps.
Peter Harrington will give a technical overview on how to use maps in applications.

using other kits for exceeding the capabilities of Google maps

B. RM open source kit
C. CloudMade proxy -
a quick code example
After that we'll have demos and a pair of marketing presentations from TapJoy and MobClix.

Very nicely done!! Achieved exactly what it set out to do, a good crash course on Maps capabilities. Would be good to have the MapKit code demoed by Peter posted here as it was difficult to follow it from back of the room
