Tooling includes Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Azure, SQL Azure Migration Wizard.
The app I will build:
In a nutshell we will build an application that consumes data from a database. The database will be initially hosted locally and later be migrated to the cloud. At the end of my presentation you will understand:
·How to access data from WP7
·The programming paradigm(s) for WP7
·Accessing Web Services from WP7
·A wide variety of tooling that will help you be productive
Sound Greek to you? Bruno has promised lots of Q&A time, and to help translate for us, he's enlisted help from Falafel Software:
2 seasoned developers that have created iPhone, Android, and WP7 applications. They will bring examples and be ready to discuss strategies for migration WP7 apps and selling them in the marketplace. They will also be part of the Q&A at the end.
Can't wait.
